Air conveyor

  1. Employs a high-efficiency filtered air conveyor system for bottle feeding, maintaining cleanliness inside the CSD filling machine and preserving carbonation.
  2. Features a continuous bottle neck holding mechanism throughout the process, with an integrated device to prevent bottle blockages and maintain pressure integrity.
  3. Utilizes a direct connection between the air duct and bottle feeding wheel, ensuring smooth transfer of pressurized CSD bottles without carbonation loss.
  4. Incorporates a stainless steel transition dial specifically designed for secure handling of CSD bottle mouths, preserving carbonation and preventing contamination.

Carbonated drink filling machine

  1. Rotary wheel constructed entirely from corrosion-resistant SUS 304 stainless steel, suitable for handling pressurized CSD environments.
  2. Filling valves fabricated from SUS316L, offering superior resistance to carbonation-induced corrosion.
