Rotary Filling Machine

The PET Bottle Water Filling Machine (3-in-1 Washing, Filling, Capping System) is meant for large-volume non-carbonated beverages for purified and mineral water. It can handle bottle sizes from 3 liters up to 15 liters.

Washing: Bottle mouth is clamped with a filling plate that revolves to make the bottle invert. Internal flushing and external spraying are done for double-faced cleaning.
Filling: Works by gravity-based filling with bottle mouth touch. It has a special reflux filling valve for the prevention of post-filling leakage and control of liquid level in precision.
Capping: Utilizes magnetic torque bottle holding, which helps reduce cap damage while enhancing capping performance as a whole.
