Air conveyor

  1. Utilizes efficient centrifugal cap sorting to minimize cap wear and damage.
  2. Has a cap-dropping rail with reverse cap prevention and removable mechanisms which automatically stops the operation when caps are finished so as to avoid uncapped bottles.
  3. Has a system for detecting missing caps to be in control for operation of the bottle cap elevator.
  4. Employs magnetic constant torque capping heads for stable and reliable sealing to achieve a capping defect rate under 0.2%.
